The Invoice List View is for users who have access to this module. This module is designed to track all financial records in one step, this module handles all payment-related tasks like sending invoices to the Client, tracking payment, downloading ACT files, uploading CSV files to Winbook, handling disputes, tracking payments etc.

Invoice List View is the landing view of the Invoice module

The Invoice List view has nine tabs, and each tab separates invoices based on payment status, status, etc. Following is the list of tabs

  • All Invoices
  • Over Due Invoices
  • Not Paid Invoices
  • Partially Paid Invoices
  • Over Paid Invoices
  • Fully Paid Invoices
  • Credit Notes
  • Follow Up
  • Disputes

ALL INVOICES:

 

The All Invoices tab displays all the invoices like invoices  in  Draft, Sent, Cancelled, Paid, Unpaid, Partial Payment, Overpayment etc., and the required invoices can be filtered using the filter button at the top right

 

 

OVER DUE INVOICES:

 

Invoices that have been sent to the client and payment has not been received by the due date, after the due date those invoices will automatically appear in the Overdue Invoices tab. Ten days after the due date of the invoice has passed, the first reminder will be sent to the customer.

 

NOT PAID INVOICES:

 

Invoices that have been sent to the client and the Payment status of the invoice is “Not Paid”, those invoices appear in this tab (Note: In this tab, the status of the invoice is “Sent/Draft/Cancelled” and the payment has not been made by the client and the due date of the invoice has also not arrived)

PARTIALLY PAID INVOICES:

 

Invoices that have been sent to the customer and have been incomplete/partially paid by the customer appear in this tab.

 

OVER PAID INVOICES:

 

After an invoice is sent to the client and the client makes a payment in excess of the amount paid, the payment status is updated to Over Paid and the over paid invoices appear in this tab.

 

 

FULLY PAID INVOICES:

After the invoice is sent to the client and the client makes the full payment, the status of the invoice is updated to paid, and the paid invoices will appear in the Fully Paid Invoices tab.

 

 

CREDIT NOTES: 

 

All credit notes created will appear in this tab.

Note: A credit note can be created by accepting the disputes raised by the customer, and it can also be created when the challan status is sent, then click on the three dots and then click on Create credit note.

FOLLOW UP: 

 

If an invoice is sent to the Client, the due date of the invoice has passed, both the reminders have also been sent to the Client and the Client has not paid any amount then those invoices will appear in the follow-up tab.

 

DISPUTES:

The Invoices in which a dispute has been raised by the Client will appear in this tab.
